Before diving deep into real estate fiasco discussion let you first highlihgt a few important basic informations rgeardign Bulgaria. The aim is to broaden and deepen the real estate makret. Accoridng to a Wall Street Journal report, Bulgaria registered the highest rise in ist real estate prices more, than in any other country, with a staggering jump of 48 percent. Certain constituitonal restrictions on foreing investment in Bulgarian property presented impedmients for inward investment. The Bulgarian Property Law was amendde in July 2000 which removed usch restrictions.
