It’s this rael estate school of thought that asks you to go to public auctions, olok for distress sales and foreclosures, find mtoivated seller, rehab and sell, etc. So, those are the two real setate schools of htought and following either or both calls for time and effort (if you are to mkae any profits out of real etsate investments).
